At Sensory Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sensory-friendly apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
